We do not guarantee leads, reply rates, meetings, conversion rates, inbox placement or revenue. Anyone who does is either not telling the truth or defining success narrowly enough that it means nothing.

Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your product, your competitors, and the algorithms and policies of mail providers none of us control. What we commit to is the work, agreed in writing per account.

Audience sizes, fit scores, verification results and drafted emails shown in the demo are samples, and they are labelled as such. We have no customer case studies yet and we are not going to borrow someone else's.

When there are real results worth showing, they will appear with a customer name attached and permission to verify them.

When CraftReach is used to send email, it is sent by you, from your mailboxes, to recipients you approve. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for complying with the rules that apply where they are — including the DPDP Act, GDPR and PECR, and CAN-SPAM. We build in unsubscribe handling and suppression, but they do not replace that responsibility.

Two people. We onboard a small number of teams at a time, which is the point and also the limitation. If you need cover across time zones, or a team that absorbs one of us being unavailable for a fortnight, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether we can commit to it.
